The Cold Weather Shelter provides a safe, warm place to sleep for individuals experiencing homelessness in the Greeley/Evans communities from November to April.
Housing coordination and retention services as well as physical and behavioral health care management for individuals and households experiencing homelessness and at-risk of becoming homeless.
