Rapid Response Grants
Rapid Response grants are available for nonprofits, schools, and government entities located in Weld County up to $25,000 to aid with emergent health or safety issues. (Examples of Rapid Response grants we have awarded include: hot water heater in emergency family shelter, washing machines/dryers in emergency family shelter, moving expenses for displaced individuals with disabilities, and clean up from flooding for mental health care offices.)
If you are uncertain whether your project would qualify as a Rapid Response request, please contact either:
Doug Elliott, Director of Education Grants, doug.elliott@weldtrust.org
Kyle Holman, Director of Health Grants, kyle.holman@weldtrust.org
Decisions on Rapid Response grants will typically be made within 7-10 business days following application.
