Project Description
Support construction of affordable housing community for low-income families and individuals. The Hope Springs community will offer 174 Zero Energy Ready Homes, 154 attached paired units and 20 single-family detached units. The population served will be low-income families and individuals currently residing in Weld County who earn between 30-80% of the county area median income (AMI) as defined by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
