Food costs for the food bank’s 70 Agency Partners to purchase the most requested food items. Partners include, but are not limited to, food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and child programs.
Peer Navigation for Weld County Veterans
Employment and community reintegration services including mental and behavioral health resources, spousal counseling, and substance abuse counseling for veterans.
Suicide Education & Support Services in Weld County
Crisis intervention and other support services to survivors of suicide. Additionally, trainings for middle and high school students, businesses and other places in the community to teach how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, know how to ask for and give help, and know the resources available to individuals and their loved ones.
Support Early Literacy and Healthy Relationships for Weld County Kids
Developmentally appropriate books in up to 30 languages for 10 Weld County partner clinics to be distributed to children during wellness visits. The program will impact over 10,500 children, including approximately 1,876 newborns and 1,000 children from a new partner clinic.

Clean bedding for Weld County children, low-income families, and other vulnerable populations to support their living situation.
Weld County Imagination Library
Developmentally appropriate books for 4,800 children, ages 0-5, delivered directly to their home each month.
Weld County Local Coordinating Organization 2022
Develop and implement their role as Local Coordinating Organization pursuant to the State of Colorado’s mandated Universal Preschool Program.
1000 Books Before Kindergarten
Books and learning activities for children and families to support a culture of literacy at home and build their own home library.
Awareness to Be Kind Project
Training for all certified staff in a leadership/social-emotional curriculum to supplement the currently offered Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Curriculums in all Eaton Schools (K-12).
