Meal supplies and vehicle expenses to provide home-delivered meals to individuals living with cancer, HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s, or other severe illnesses to increase positive health outcomes. The meals provided are medically tailored to meet the medical dietary needs of each client with modifications for allergies, side effects, medications and texture.
