Financial assistance for requisite refresher courses for registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) whose license has expired and has a financial barrier to accessing the courses. The goal of this program is to help RNs and LPNs reenter the healthcare workforce.
High Plains Library District Early Literacy Services
Program materials for the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten and Multilingual Nursery Rhyme Booklets to establish a culture of literacy in homes.
Neighbor to Neighbor Housing Solutions Program
Emergency utility, rent, and move-in assistance to low-income and at-risk households to mitigate housing instability, homelessness, and poverty while fostering housing autonomy, enhancing outcomes for children, and reducing the necessity for emergency services and associated costs arising from instability.

Phase I – Permanent Supportive Housing Project, North Weld Village campus
Construction costs for a 58-unit permanent supportive housing complex, StarRise at North Weld Village, in Greeley for chronically homeless individuals. Residents of the StarRise Apartments will typically have at least one disability along with multiple other barriers to stable housing.
