Support for program ensuring that all Colorado children during the year before they enter kindergarten may access at least 10 hours per week of voluntary preschool for free. A Local Coordinating Organization is a statewide network being established to ensure preschool access for all children.

Basketball league for individuals with disabilities to learn teamwork, improve communication skills, build work ethic, perseverance and confidence as they transition into the workforce.

Healthcare services for individuals including those who are uninsured and underinsured, as well as offering other health related programs.
Warm Up Weld County 2023
Bedding items (linens, blankets) for 4,500 vulnerable students and their families to ensure their wellbeing during the winter.
Agency Partner Support
Support to reduce the shared maintenance costs for the 72 nonprofit agency partners to purchase food from the Weld Food Bank so they are able to increase the amount and quality of the food product available throughout Weld County.
Azteca Boxing Club Youth 2023
Boxing program for at-risk youth from the Greeley and Evans communities who face issues such as gang involvement, limited access to recreational opportunities, and educational disparities.
Backpack Program 2023
Healthy, kid-friendly foods provided to at-risk children throughout Weld County on Fridays at their schools, so they have food over the weekend.
Colorado Rapid Rehousing for Reentry Plus 2023
Wraparound and support services for justice-involved individuals to attain permanent housing and reintegrate into the community successfully.
Connect Literacy Program
Resources and training for Kindergarten – 6th grade teachers so they are equipped to effectively meet the needs regarding literacy in their classrooms.
