Soccer program at no cost for 150 3rd-5th grade students in Dacono, Frederick, Firestone, Gilcrest, La Salle, and Platteville to eliminate the opportunity gap that prohibits under-served communities from participating in organized sports.

Wraparound and support services for justice-involved individuals to attain permanent housing and reintegrate into the community successfully.
Dreamer 2 Gen Programming
Pre-collegiate services, social, emotional and academic support for select students to help navigate educational and career options. Additionally, provides career pathways tools (GED or high school equivalency diploma, support enrolling in post-secondary education and guidance on job search and resume writing) to parents and guardians facing income disparity.

Virtual reality equipment and technology to enhance career exploration and work-based learning opportunities for students to build engagement and expand career exposure options.
HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) 2023
Training and mentoring for parents and caretakers to support parent and child goal setting, reading activities, role-play, child learning and development.
Home-delivered, medically tailored meals for food-insecure, Weld County residents living with severe illness 2023
Medically tailored, home-delivered meals free of charge for individuals living with cancer, HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s, kidney/heart/lung disease or other severe illnesses and their dependents (e.g. children, elderly parents).
Housing Navigation Center/Cold Weather Shelter
Wrap-around support for people experiencing housing instability with mental/physical healthcare, non-emergency shelter and other long-term resources. Also, support for operation of a shelter for vulnerable people experiencing homelessness during the months of November through April.
