Prerelease case management as well as post-release support (appointments for medical needs, addressing housing issues, and employment services such as resume building) for individuals in the reintegration process from incarceration to provide stability and reduce recidivism.
Shared Community Space
Home improvements and creating shared community spaces for youth that reside in the neighborhood with educational programming like Kids Club, which provides STEM-centered activities. Also provides adult residents with access to financial wellness courses, and computer classes for the family.
