Staff support and equipment to run soccer programs for 150 elementary students from Dacono, Frederick, Gilcrest and Fort Lupton Title 1 schools to promote physical activity and sportsmanship. Additionally, provides social-emotional workshops that teach families how to positively support their children.
Mental Health Support at Centennial BOCES High School
Staff salary support for a licensed therapist, through North Range Behavioral Health, to provide consultation and education, direct therapy, crisis intervention, and case management at CBOCES High School students who face significant barriers to success in school.
Coal Creek Meals on Wheels (CCMOW) Meal Delivery Program – Weld County
Five thousand home-delivered, nutrient-dense meals for at least 75 individuals who are food insecure living in Erie. Their clientele is primarily adults ages 60+. Additionally, free lunches for anyone in need who may have no permanent address distributed at the Erie Public Library.
Young Chautauqua in Weld County (YC)
Program materials, coaching and training costs to engage students in historical and cultural exploration through immersive, interactive learning.
Coffee Cart Entrepreneur Program
Equipment and supplies to build a coffee cart business at Dayspring to teach students customer service, financial responsbility, management skills and teamwork. Proceeds will be reinvested in the development of career pathways and work-based learning opportunities.
FRTS Responder Resilience Initiative
Crisis interventions for first responders at risk of suicide to receive emergent behavioral health services, as well as therapeutic groups to help first responders reduce PTSD symptoms.
Weld County First Responder Behavioral Health
Recreational therapy and non-clinical mental health support for first responders and their families to improve mental health, create healthy relationships and reduce vicarious trauma while lessening the stigma associated with seeking mental health support among this population.
