The Ala Carte Education Foundation (ACE Foundation) was formed in 2018 to advocate for students needing academic assistance in literacy and math. The organization is made up of three nonprofit groups: Ala Carte Learning Solutions, Dreamcatcher Learning Centers, and Bridging the Gaps Dyslexia Center.
The three distinct nonprofit organizations joined forces as the ACE Foundation to complement each other and deliver a comprehensive set of tools to help provide solutions for a variety of academic issues. The ACE Foundation provides individualized and small-group (1-3 students) academic support for children who are substantially behind grade-level.
The Weld Trust recently awarded a grant to the ACE Foundation to assist each of the three organizations expand their services due to the tremendous increase in need during the pandemic. The grant will be used to hire additional staff to support students academically in reading and math. This grant is part of The Weld Trust’s Key Funding Initiative, Childhood Literacy, which supports organizations to improve literacy education and resources for families.
